The pricing was right and it was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Great company to work with. However, I just started today to wind my warp and you can see that the dye didn’t set. It’s a lot on my hand. Suggestion welcome!

Hello Jean,
Thanks for your Review & feed back!! We are sorry you are having the dye crocking issue which very rarely happens at our dyehouse – We will definitely look into it and see what could have caused it…. Please let us know if we can do anything to resolve it for you:)

Hi, This isn’t a review but two questions: What is the epi and how many yards per pound?
Also, has the dye problem that Jean mention been corrected?
MiAY (store manager) –
Hi Jennifer, Thanks for reaching out! Please see the respond to Jean’s comment… We try not to add Fixodent to our dark color dyes to avoid more chemicals-however sometimes might be necessary and in this case we will look into it! Alpaca yarn is 1680 Yards per pound and these cones weigh 1/2 pound, the WPI/EPI is 28 per inch…
