End of Summer Special!

Hello Crafters!

Soak up the sun one last time before the summer season ends!  In honor of the back-to-school spirit, we are having an End of Summer Special, where all of our yarns will be 10% off starting 8/29 and ending 9/5 . Take advantage of all the new items that have been added to our Clearance section.

Wool crepe yarns seem to be flying off the shelves lately, so to add to the frenzy, we have developed a new wool crepe yarn with a metallic twist for that extra shine and polish. It will surely add that special *bling* to any project.

The approaching end to another great summer at the mill means that we will soon be in full swing creating the perfect fall and winter yarns to get you through the colder months.

Having fun with crocheting and hand dyeing:

In my free time I have been crocheting simple flowers using our Glimmer Cotton Rayon yarn in natural. This yarn is a gem to crochet with, the unique Z twist of the yarns make it an ideal choice for crocheting any project. The cotton content of this yarn also means that it is easy to dye, both chemically and naturally, (the purple/blue flowers pictured above were dyed with blueberries). I highly recommend using this yarn to create beanie hats as well! I will keep you all up to date with what projects I can come up with using the mill’s fabulous yarns, so stay posted.
